Shipping Policies
All items include shipping and insurance calculated in the Continental United States of America, only. We do not offer returns on hand crafted original items, due to the nature of the product. We do place insurance on our high quality products should they be damaged during shipping. When a product is out of stock, we will call you and let you know and will substitute a similar item if you would like.
SPECIAL NOTE: International Shipping
We will ship internationally, however all international clients will be invoiced seperately for additional shipping charges and insurance after we check customs and insurance regulations for that country. We do not ship items and mark them as "gifts" or in any way compromise the laws of the land. Porcelain will be insured when shipped due to it's delicate properties and additional packing materials will help protect your items to arrive without damage. We will do our best to lessen the chances of anything happening to the product.
